Each of our classic series units are made by hand here in California. They take up to 54 different parts that are supplied by 15-20 different vendors. Due to COVID19, we are experiencing production and shipping delays from our vendors.
From the very beginning, wood boxes (from AZ) are delivered and our team drills holes and hand coats them with environmentally friendly DuraTex. Feet and handles are then screwed on and the boxes are brought to the production line. The custom machined aluminum panels are fitted with custom designed amplifier and electronics as well as proprietary low impedance speakers. Throughout the entire process, every screw is hand tightened, wires soldered, and each unit is tested. If the unit does not pass our inspections, it is sent back to the start.
We appreciate your patience and understanding and believe that the wait will be worth it.
