Batteries are tested before they are shipped, and will be shipped at 30% state of charge to comply with shipping regulations.

We can not offer a warranty on them unless installed by DiamondBoxx.  To have your battery professionally replaced by DiamondBoxx please contact our customer service team at info@diamondboxx.com
