RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of product. Product must be returned in NEW condition. Customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance in sending the product to DiamondBoxx. There is a 10% restocking fee.
Why am I having such a hard time getting a new 4 pin charger for my XL3?? So now I have a speaker rendered useless, just like this site is for getting a new charger.. can someone pls contact me asap about this as I can’t get any useful info on here

did not receive my charger
I did not receive my charger and when i spoke to the seller they did not want to help retrieve the item they sent with UPS. Terrible customer service. Now i am having to track the item down on my own and deal with UPS.
